Happy Home Hospital is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nursing Staff (ANM/GNM) to join our growing team. If you are committed to providing quality patient care and have experience in critical and rehabilitation nursing, we’d love to hear from you.
Position Details:
- Job Title: Nursing Staff
- Qualification: ANM / GNM Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year (Freshers are not eligible)
- Preference: Candidates with ICU experience will be given preference.
- Vacancies: 2
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to inpatients.
- Handle and monitor tracheostomy patients.
- Perform tracheostomy suctioning and airway management safely.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating doctors.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and promptly report any changes.
- Assist in the care of stroke, neuro, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s, dementia, and long-term rehabilitation patients.
- Assist in bedsore prevention, wound dressing, and pressure ulcer management.
- Maintain infection prevention and control practices.
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Provide compassionate care and educate patients’ attendants regarding ongoing nursing care and rehabilitation.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong clinical observation and patient monitoring skills.
- Basic knowledge of emergency patient management.
- Team-oriented, responsible, and compassionate attitude.
